I decided to have a healthy living since i found out some effectiveness bloggers talking about healthy meal and NOT DIETING.
So, with a little preparation, I' ve changed my bad habits. I am amazed concerning my feelin
g  after adopting this way called by bloggers " clean life".
Today, i ve chosen to start my journey with this healthy delicious breakfast: cooked oats, almond, 1/2 banana, 1 apricot, 3 dates, pistachio and yogurt.
